Founder of Indaco Yoga Sicily
Life is a wonderful experience. Along its path we grow and we evolve. Through the sharing of our experiences, we learn and teach simultaneously. We come to realize our true needs necessary for inner growth. Yoga and Buddhist meditation are my two life-essentials, they both support and guide me in the way I live my own life.
The study and practice of Yoga and Buddhist meditation.
Yoga is a about learning to understand human existence as the integration and union with everything surrounding us. Meditation is the tool which that allows us to see the reality of things in depth, as they really are. I sincerely believe that the main goal of human existence is both exploration and research, aimed at understanding how everything is included in everything. On my yoga journey, I have studied with masters of various disciplines, each of them has left a deep imprint on my life. With time, my interest in yoga has changed into the desire to share yoga with others through teaching. I live where I was born on an Island full of a great energy: Sicily.
This is where Indaco Yoga Sicily project began, through merging the beauty and the energy of the island with the practice of yoga.
I thank everyone who has been part of this journey and also everyone who in the future will be happy to be part of it.
